2019 VIOGNIER

While this vintage of Viognier was aged 100% in stainless steel, it is complex with rich creaminess and a luscious mouthfeel from a bit of malolactic fermentation. The nose is bright with fresh apple and persimmon while the palate is ripe with lychee, tangerine and hints of tropical fruit. This wine would pair nicely with Spicy Poached Salmon in Thai Red Curry Sauce, Pork Banh Mi Sandwich with Crispy Vegetables or Orzo Salad with Herbs and Meyer Lemon.
2018 GRENACHE-Light & Fruity

We bottled two barrels of 2018 Grenache separately because we thought that each barrel had special characters. The 2018 Grenache, "the light & fruity one" is light red in color and body with spicy complex layers. This wine would be excellent summer wine, served chilled in a bucket of ice on a warm day. This wine would pair nicely with a Juicy Gourmet Burger with Caramelized Onions and Havarti, Smoked Turkey Salad with Dried Cranberries on a Buttery Croissant or Herbed Portobello Mushrooms over Creamy Parmesan Polenta.

2017 SYRAH

This Syrah has a beautiful balance of smoky dark fruit and spice with a prolonged finish. It would be excellent paired with a Slow-Braised Rosemary Leg of Lamb, Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Fresh Fig Sauce or Chinese Five-Spiced Tofu with Stir Fry Vegetables.

Red Blend - 1-750mL bottle
Unité is our blend of Rhone-style varietals that changes with each vintage to showcase the special characters of each varietal. In this vintage you will find a lovely balance of earthiness, caramel, strawberry fruit leather and fresh Rainier cherry rounded out with barbecue spice rub and white pepper. This wine would be delicious paired with Spice-Rubbed Grilled Pork Chops, Grilled Lamb Burgers with Feta & Mint, an earthy Black Truffle Risotto, or good ol’ American Cherry Pie.
2018 TEMPRANILLO

This 2018 Tempranillo is spicy with cherry and plum. We suggest pairing with a Dry-Rubbed Barbecue Tri-tip and Grilled Corn on the Cob with Cherry Five-Spice Butter, Rotisserie Chicken with Italian Seasoning and Balsamic or Spicy Red Beans and Rice.
2017 ZINFANDEL

This vintage of Zinfandel came in big and bold with complex flavors of candied red fruit, rich brown sugar and subtle allspice all rounded out with a hint of toasted coconut from aging in American Oak. This wine would pair nicely with Spicy Cherry-Glazed Pork Ribs, Kansas City Barbecue Smoked Brisket or Duck Rillette Ravioli in a Fresh Thyme-Butter Sauce.
2016 PETITE SIRAH RESERVE

Our 2016 vintage of Petite Sirah is dark and bold while still maintaining an elegance, due to extra time spent aging for this special reserve barrel. With aromas and flavors ranging from fresh blueberry and red cherry fruit to licorice and vanilla spice to black pepper and granite, this wine is quite complex. This wine pairs easily with a variety of foods including Filet Mignon with Garlic Parmesan Cheese Sauce, Scalloped Potatoes with Crispy Caramelized Onions or a Smoky Tempeh Stir Fry in Hoisin Sauce.
2019 CABERNET SAUVIGNON - WINE CLUB MEMBERS ONLY

This elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso’s west side has a lot of black fruit and cherry on the nose with delicate characters of fresh tobacco and leather. The palate bursts with black cherry and plum, light fennel frond and sweet spice, ending in a lingering finish of espresso beans and white pepper. Pair this wine with hearty fare such as Coffee-Rubbed New York Strip Steak, Roasted Pork Tenderloin in a Currant-Cassis Port Wine Reduction or Charred Cauliflower Steaks with Spiced Cherry Chutney.
