Our 2021 Albariño is a crisp, citrusy white made with grapes grown in the newly-recognized SLO Coast American Viticultural Area (AVA.) This food-friendly wine has a fantastic crisp acidity with flavors of lemon and guava. This wine works well paired with savory or sweet dishes such as Linguine with Grilled Shrimp in a velvety Lemon Cream, Crostini with Citrus-Herb Feta or Passion Fruit Cheesecake with a Gingery Shortbread Crust.

Our 2018 Entwined is a red blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah. This wine has aromas and flavors of fresh fruit such as raspberry and bright plum with herbaceous notes. This wine works well paired with savory or sweet dishes such as Smoky Chipotle-Raspberry Spareribs, Butter Lettuce Salad with Fresh Fennel in a Raspberry Vinaigrette or a slice of Warm Olallieberry Pie with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
2017 SYRAH

This is our library smoky Syrah! This wine is smoky and complex in a French style that has deep, dark fruit such as fig, cherry compote and guava. This wine is excellent paired with foods that have a little fat such as Grilled Pork Chops with a Spicy Rub, Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with Red Wine Reduction or a Roasted Tomato & Smoked Mozzarella Flatbread with Spicy Arugula.
2017 BELLA MARGARITA

Similar with many wines found in the Northern Rhône region of France, we have blended Syrah with a bit of Viognier to create an easy-drinking red wine with plenty of backbone for just sipping or for pairing with medium-bold foods. Aromas of earthy forest floor and dark fruit with flavors of black plum, clove and hints of licorice. We suggest pairing with Slow-Braised Rosemary Lamb Shanks with Creamy Polenta, Duck Confit with Plum Sauce or Five-spice Roasted Pear and Fennel with a Cherry Reduction.
2018 ZINFANDEL

This vintage of Zinfandel came in big and bold with complex flavors of candied red fruit, rich brown sugar and subtle allspice all rounded out with a hint of toasted coconut from aging in American Oak.
