Using more neutral oak in this vintage produced a soft and buttery wine with aromas of vanilla and lemon with hints of coffee. The taste has rich lemon cream and mandarin making it a lovely pairing with Butter Chicken with Thyme, Herb-Encrusted Pork Tenderloin or Roasted Corn Chowder with Fresh Chives.
