Our 2018 Whitehawk is a blend of white Rhone grapes of Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne. Aging the wine in French oak softens the crisp white varietals, adding just a hint of vanilla. We love this wine with Triple Crème Brie, Lemon-Garlic Roasted Chicken or Creamy Parmesan Risotto with Pine Nuts.
