Soaring Hawk was born when four friends came together to build a winery showcasing their passion for great wine and unforgettable experiences. The dream was to build something beautiful where the wine novice as well as seasoned tasters are welcomed with open arms. That dream is now a reality, a 450-case production boutique winery forged from the casual and welcoming mindset of its owners surrounded by the majestic oaks and wildlife that defines the Santa Margarita backroads.

OUR WINES

We specialize in Rhône varietals such as Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Petite Sirah, though we make special varietals that come our way on occasion such as Chardonnay, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and one of our most popular, Zinfandel.
